Following their first workshop and award from November 27, the EBEN Greek chapter gladly invites you for the SILVER BEE CEREMONY that takes place in Athens, June 3, at the "Poseidonia", the international shipping celebration. The BEE (Business Ethics Excellence) awards are the result of the EBEN GR Business Ethics Model which purpose is for organizations to provide a continuous enhancement of their ethical environment. The model refers to a European entity but since it was developed by the Greek EBEN Chapter, it was influenced by Ancient Greek Philosophy and mainly by Aristotle’s saying that Leadership pre-assumes the existence of three elements, Ethos, extended to business ethics, Logos & logic, extended to quality systems & actions and Passion for Ethics that promotes “sustainable excellence”.
