Geert Demuijnck joined EDHEC Business School in 2008. He teaches courses in business ethics, economic ethics and political philosophy. His research and publications focus on economic ethics and distributive justice.
He studied economics, politics and philosophy and holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Leuven.
Geert Demuijnck is professor of business ethics and philosophy at EDHEC Business School (Lille, France). His research focuses on ethical questions related to business and the economy. He is a currently the chair of the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN). He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Business Ethics and of the Professional and Business Ethics Journal. He serves on the sustainability board of a European bank and on the ethics board of a multinational corporation in the retail sector.
At the AC in Lille in 2014, he was elected for the EBEN ExCom.
